Give him as much compassion as his party has given to those in need in the US.

4. Were I the judge I have him shot for treason |

Putting our armies at risk just to make a buck? Sounds treasonous to me.

Ten years is bullshit! They give kids more than that for selling an ounce of pot around here. Somebody sure as hell has their priorities confused.

5. He sure must not have 'cooperated' very much. |
|
All the bullshit about him wearing a wire and cooperating with the prosecution seems to have evaporated faster than a fart in a windstorm. The prosecution sure is signaling that his cooperation isn't worth shit. I suspect the judge (if he's not a Repukelicker) will have the same anger that someone who plea-bargains with a promise to cooperate and then sleazes out of the cooperation agreement deserves the maximum sentence.

of proper armor should carry a helluva lot more than 10 years! Seems like hanging was the older punishment.

7. The sentencing was to begin at 1:00 Pacific time... |
|
They should be in the middle of it right now. I have people very close to the trial - actually participating - I will post results as soon as I know them.

8. There is no reason in hell that this guy should ever again be a free man. |
|
Ten years is absolutely nothing for what he's done.
We have to change the laws to where animals like this never again see a window, let alone walk the streets.
