Bill O'Reilly's head of security called me 'cause I mentioned Olberman

saying that I made a harassing phone call to O'Reilly today. I called to Bill O'Reilly today to talk to him about Alito, but mentioned that I like Keith Olberman. As soon as I mentioned Keith's name, he hung up on me.

I just got a call on the phone I used to call him from the head of Fox News security. He said that harassing phone calls were coming from my phone. I asked him how many? He did not know. I asked him what was said that was harassing? He said that he did not know but that it did not have to be what was said, but how many calls were being made. He tried to make like I made 20 phone calls instead of one, and that I cursed O'Reilly out. All I said was that I was grateful to O'Reilly for turning me on to Olberman. Then he hung up.

I called my lawyer to let him know what is up. I want to email Keith O. and let him know what happened. Anyone have his email or phone??

Knowing how smothering and dysfunctional his family is, he never got the chance. And that is what we got for pResident - a guy who's family smothered feeligns and genuine beingness. He medicated with alchohol, cocaine and now he medicates with power tripping and eheheheheheheheheh. All to cover up the PAIN.

First of all, mad props to Mick who got this all started with his call yesterday. Since then, about 10,000 people have downloaded the clip from CallingAllWingnuts.

Secondly, Fox news security is calling Wingnut Spinners - they actually do have our phone numbers (or at least some of them). I got an email from one who had a message left on her machine. I called the number and took responsibility for the action. I asked them to leave individual callers off their intimidation list - but I told them that we wouldn't stop until Bill apologized to Olberman and took down the petition.

Third, Olberman will be doing a piece on it tonight.

These are still PUBLIC airwaves, goddamnit, and O'Reilly is inviting callers, so in extremely simple legal terms, he is ASSUMING THE RISK of receiving calls from people who disagree with him (although I realize you didn't even disagree with him). The FCC has been compromised by Bush, as have all the federal agencies, but it still has to make records of complaints, and investigate them.

So if anyone ever calls ANY of you to threaten you with harassment charges, get their full name and official job title and tell them you are reporting them to the FCC. Then call their station's/network's legal department and tell them the same thing.

Imagine if everyone on tv that got insulting mail decided to have their security people call each and every viewer that sent an article of mail that "hurt their feelings..."
