OK, I think this needs to be discussed: Why are Conservative Men such
panty waists?

Seriously, O'Reilly can't take hearing another person's name?

Bush is so terrified of the peeeeple that he can't go out in public?

The guy who gets shot by Cheney apologizes for hurting Cheney's feelings?

NONE of them can go to war...all they can do is meet in really nice parts of towns and discuss it--

AND furthermore, why are these men constantly hiding behind either their wive's, girlfriend's, or mommy's skirts? They hire blond snotwads with legal degrees to hide behind on TV---

It's really pathetic...is there a reason for this?

3. That thought has crossed my mind as I have watched these scared
little boys over the past few years---and I think Bush's sexuality is definetly questionable--

However, I think there's something else to it. I just don't know what.

19. nothing. That's what's so sad about people who marry
someone of the opposite sex, and then spend their entire lives gay bashing when they are gay.

7. Rush Limpballs fits his humorous moniker perfectly; read this article:
Edited on Fri Mar-03-06 05:50 PM by blondeatlast
Lives of privilege is my guess; there are more "elites" among conservatives than there are among the left.

Average Joe who votes Republican serves in the military but he's less likel;y to go to college.

The RW knows how to exploit their base big time and laugh at them while they do it--a stellar example found here:

(snip)
The long, rewarding day is ending. Limbaugh is smoking his glorious Ramon Allones and talking about what else it is he likes to do in those infrequent moments when he can relax. One is to drink wine. "Port is my favorite to drink with a cigar,'' he says and laughs. "Port and Diet Coke. But I'm less educated about wine. I've only recently been treated to what people consider the fine wines. I've always been a huge fan of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, and the years that I like best are 1985, '86 and '87. I generally like any Cabernet from Napa or Sonoma. I haven't found too many that I don't like.

And from France, there's the 1961 Château Haut-Brion. And the 1982. I have learned that any time you find a bottle of Bordeaux from 1961, no matter what the label says, buy it.''

Rush is a big ol' cigar smokin' pantywaist of epic proportions--and he LOVES France!

12. I think you're getting it backwards
Being a Republican or conservative doesn't make you a weasel. There are plenty of nonweasel Republicans. But if you are a weasel, if you like bullying the poor, if you derive some sick satisfaction from denying women control over their own bodies, if you pine for acceptance from wealthy people to the point of ginning up false numbers to justify insane tax cuts, if you sneer at public health, if you grind your teeth at the thought of sex education, if torturing brown foreigners gets your rocks off and makes you feel like you're protecting the American way of life... Then you'll find a welcoming home in the Republican party.

Their success lies, in part, in pandering to and exacerbating some of the worse tendencies in people. Again, not all Republicans are sickies. Nor are all sickies Republican. But demographically speaking, there's a pretty strong correllation there.

14. In addition to all of the above..ha
I have been a democrat all of my life..as were my parents..i am 65 yrs old...and i have yet to meet a republican man..or woman, really who can even tell me why they are republicans...and yet the will spout all the old myths..about democrats are big spender, tree huggers, welfare lovers, etc..u know the talk...but they cannot tell you why they are republicans..or what it is that draws them to that party. The wealthier they are, the more likely to say they are independents...at least those not directly involved in the political arena..and that they vote for who is best and that they research each candidate..blah, blah..but they dont..they just vote republican. I think, for whatever reason i cannot imagine, that the men, anyway, who are rebulicans are so..or say they are because they for some reason associate that party with some sort of manly toughness..and they do very much want to be that kind of man. If they are poor and uneducated, the associate themselves with republicans because that is the party that is tough on welfare...and for them..the working poor and uneducated need very much to look down on with disdain those who are on welfare. I think the average american..rich or poor knows diddly about how the govt works..or what it is about..or even cares..it reminds them of govt class..and they thought it was boring..and hope to never think about it again.

16. Oh, I don't know...
I live in a university town and it is very blue and there really aren't a lot of he-men around there. Lots of skinny guys with glasses and backpacks.

But let me be very quick to say that I don't judge a man's masculinity by muscles. I like gentle men.

17. Because they're cowards. FEAR is why they are that way!
RWers are afraid of EVERYTHING! Afraid that the blacks and the Hispanics are going to take their jobs. Afraid that they're going to somehow lose money because other people get handouts from the government. Afraid that gay people are going to try to seduce them and TURN THEM GAY too. Afraid that education and science are going to somehow make the Great Big Bearded Honky on His Cloud Throne come down and strike them down to hell with a thunderbolt. Afraid of driving an SUV that is smaller than the neighbors' across the street. Afraid of being caught at work without being able to recite last night's Hannity talking points. Afraid of anthrax. Afraid of bird flu. Afraid of people with brown skin who wear turbans. Afraid of oral sex. Afraid of being told that their President is a mentally deficient, lying criminal, even though it's obvious to EVERYONE that he is. Afraid of the rights and freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution. Afraid of democracy. Afraid of the slight possibility that they or any of their children might have to go and fight in one of their corrupt idiot President's wars (best left to those black and Hispanic people mentioned above, don't ya know). Afraid of not appearing to have ALL the material things that all of their other RW friends have, regardless of how far down the credit black hole it puts them. Afraid of the Dixie Chicks. Afraid of Marilyn Manson. Afraid of Grand Theft Auto. Afraid of George Clooney.

You name it. They're afraid of it. That's basically the RW in a nutshell.

"don't let them into my speech"

Edited on Fri Mar-03-06 07:06 PM by Ksec
Just like any phoney, it doesn't take much to peirce that faux armor and really upset the balance inside the twisted mind of a freeptype person.

Think of it like this, without substance one becomes weak and vulnerable. No substance conservatives have no character . They are without substance which makes them easy targets to people who use truth and substance. (liberals , leftists, and progressives)
