David Brooks is just a twit.

On "The News Hour" tonight.
The ultimate Bush** "explainer/apologist".

Just unbelievable the spin.

2. David "Teeny Little Girly Hands" Brooks?
omg i despise him more than any of them - he's a neocon PLANT, and he's got the prime spot in every vaguely intelligent show. WHY?

4. I do not know. And you're right.
He's the supposedly "intelligent", not the Limbaugh/O'Reilly guy, they pull in.

3. well, I would not exactly say that
He doesn't excuse Katrina, he says that they had a plan and that the government failed
to act on it. (that's my recap)

8. He makes an attempt at appearing unbiased, but he is a GOP apologist.
He is quite simplistic in his reasoning and has what appears to be quite shallow critical thinking skills, at times, jaw droppingly so.

9. He gets his talking points from the GOP and he uses them.
He's just a Repug mouthpiece, he has no independent thought whatsoever.

10. Funny how I used to tolerate him.
Couple years ago, I actually enjoyed Friday evenings with David, Mark and Jim shootin' the breeze for fifteen minutes. His predecessors weren't too awful either (David Gergen, I think Paul Gigot as well).

I just can't stand him, or the other two much either, any more. There's something so repulsive about these guys carrying on about matters of life and death as if it were some sporting event. Oh, they're a lot more erudite than your typical CNN or FuxNews food-fight, but that's about all you can say for them.

So just what was Bobo the Nearsighted Pundit going on about tonight that set you off, anyway?

12. I'm also way tired of Mark Shields...
peddling that crap about Bush looking presidential after 9/11. Commander Bunnypants took way too long to get to the city. His standing there as a blowhard with a bullhorn didn't impress me at all.

14. I think that's mark shields trying not to look too harsh.
I don't even believe he means it. He's trying not to run off soon-to-be-ex-Republicans.

16. I dislike his columns more than almost anyone's.
His kowtowing responses are sooooo predictable. And he's not smart; he just the buttoned-down member of the crew, as Coulter is the blond, Limbaugh is the loudmouth, etc... all saying the same crap, different words.
