MAJOR discrepancies state vs federal test results. The states are doing exactly what they had to do to get federal money. Leave children 'behind' in the bathroom so the school didn't fail.:sarcasm: It was on Denver local news but can't find an article on it( no suprise) any where? Did you hear this?

The nation's students do glaringly worse on a tough federal test than they do on state exams in reading and math, raising doubts about how much kids are learning.
