1. You had to see this one coming

Shutting down all dissent is Fascism's number one job. The way they avoid criticism for it is by using the religious to do it for them.

The only thing they can't get to (so far) is the net. If as many households as now have TVs start to connect to the net, you'd better believe that the net soon becomes a one-way street, with access to official opinion and commerce, but not to individuals unless they want to buy something.

2. Yeah, the problem is leasing, I think

Our guys are just leasing airtime, but others own the actual stations. When it gets too hot, they just switch to the all-Jesus, all-day format.

Next they will be coming for the internet . . .
