What will we miss most if India and China go to war?

Let's say a struggle between India and Pakistan escalates, or something crazy happens like India tries to liberate Tibet from China.

Will we suffer more from our financial and computer systems in India shutting down, or will we suffer more from all the low-cost products made in China coming to a halt?

10. China and India will be the superpowers of the 21st century. The

alignment of allies has already begun. The US has thrown it's *tentative* support behind India, while Russia has seemed to side with its old rival China. Case in point, the unprecedented China/Russia wargames, sending a clear signal to the U.S. Although in one scary-ass move, Russia seemed to hedge her bets by leasing their new, top-of-the-line nuclear boomer to India.

problem is that it would take years to rebuild our industrial base again. the thousands of companies what went out of business also took with them the machinery of production. hundreds of thousands of machines were melted down or sold to korea and taiwan during the 70`s and 80`s. look at everything in your house and remember almost everything was made in the usa at one time now probably less than 30%. even if they are made the usa many of the parts are made in south east asia..we would be screwed for years if we needed to rebuild our machines.
we always have mexico,russia,eastern europe,and africa for lost cost goods to fill up the big box stores. computer parts maybe a big problem because all the tooling and production are in those countries.

the biggest problem for the usa is that the winds over china blow across the usa and of course mangoes

16. I expect we'll miss having an economy.

Given how much we owe China in trade amounts and how much of our debt China now holds, I expect our country will probably be pretty much screwed financially. We are gonna become a Third World pretty quick.

On a plus side, I suppose it will give us an ample opportunity to become more involved with our neighbors when we are all standing around watching our houses burn (due to no local fire protection funding) and waiting in bread lines...

Really, as with tax cuts, EVERYTHING is an excuse to Busheviks for removing freedoms from the Filthy Little Nobodies class, which is all of us and everyone outside the top 10% income bracket (an percentages 2-10 better watch their asses, too, because when the Busheviks are done devouring the Middle Class, at least half of those 2-10%ers will be devoured and their jobs liquidated.
