because the almighty buck doesn't buy what it used to. Heck, we're going to see those CEO embezzlements they call pay packages start to level off now, because that foreign labor isn't as cheap as it used to be now that the dollar is falling against other currencies, even third world currencies.

Of course, there's still more cachet to talking about your Singapore and Shanghai "operations" than there is in talking about your Hoboken plant, so the offshoring won't reverse quite yet.

Congress is chump change compared to the currency factor.
