Poll question: Is it time for mixed member proportional representation in the US?

I'm noticing the way members of both parties are sometimes frustrated at the leadership and just how much of a gap there is, so I believe people should have more of a choice than two parties. Of course you can vote third party, but it's almost a wasted vote with the winner take all system. I think it's time we started pushing for a system where people can vote for people who really represent them.

2. It has been time for this for two centuries.
The founders did not envision the winner-take-all system of magnifying the power and reach of a few well placed individuals through the party system, one of their few failings.
