1. I don't think that 'brain' washing, or brain anything for that matter,
Edited on Mon Mar-06-06 02:18 PM by acmavm
has anything to do with it.

6. They must have SPEEDY BIG BRAINS to process ALL THE FACTS
in just three days. After all, Congress gets 45.

2. Just look at how the questions are posed.
Now that you've heard our talking points, you SUPPORT the ports deal, RIGHT?

You SUPPORT it, don't you? Right? Now that you've got the right information, you can feel good about SUPPORTING this deal. Right?

So do you SUPPORT it or not?

9. I'm not proud of it, but we used to ask questions like that
when I was in Navy recruiting.

:slowly shaking head side to side: "you've never smoked marijuana, have you?"

4. And they say we're being insulting when we call them sheep.
Uh, no... it's accurate as hell.

Just look how easy they are to control.

5. The reason they are freeps is that they CAN be brainwashed so quickly
Those resistant to brainwashing take more moderate or liberal approaches, wherever their logic takes them.

7. Strange how the 'No' porportion is almost equal to the 'Support' one
and 'Yes' to 'Oppose' - and the 'Undecided' the same. And in each case, the number of votes has gone up (and the same applies to the non-member votes too). It's almost as if they took the first numbers, switched the meaning, and then let voting continue. Jim Bob wouldn't do that, would he? ;-)

10. I saw that too...
I wonder if they are flipping it and if that is how they are "convincing" freepers to support it... imagine you are a freeper and suddenly, in 3 days, everyone around you starts saying Yes, Yes, Yes and you are still saying No, No, No... you might actually start *thinking*... wait, I'm talking about freepers, never mind.

8. When it comes to brainwashing, most Freepers only need a light rinse
Their brains are already toasted, thanks to the RW.
