1. I think the three states impacted should sue the * admin
They requested Tax payer monies to help fund their recoveries and the * cabal gave them handouts....nothing that will seriously help to rebuild those areas....

2. DEFINITION OF NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE
"Unintentional killings in which the actor(s) should have known they were creating substantial and unjustified risks of death by conduct that deviated from ordinary care." Found this definition on the web.

Sure does sound exactly what bush, chertoff and brownie did on 29-30 August 2005.

4. it fits the definition but
since bush, chertoff, and drownie were performing or not performing their duties as part of the federal gov't, i can't see any way that a lawsuit would be allowed to go forward

3. no
the federal gov't does not have to consent to being sued by individuals

we don't need a lawsuit where we all get $13.68 in 25 years anyway, we need $$$ for rebuilding levees, homes, businesses, today

5. It would be nice to see
the perpetrators of such a crime "punished." Five years of george bush and all we got to show for it so far is duke cunningham?
