every letter from ACLU and Amnesty International OPENED |

in my mailbox... Never used to happen but has been going on for a couple months now. What are the odds? Did Amnesty and the ACLU stop sealing their envelopes? Both start using really cheap envelopes that fall open? We get a couple appeals from them at least every week....

1. You file complaints with the USPS? |
|
My wife would be having fits. Come to think of it, that sort of thing might just get ME riled, and that's never pretty.

2. We just started having mail delivered to our house, used to be po box |
|
Suppose I will have to call the Afton post office to ask if they have any idea why I am getting so much pre-opened mail.... Perhaps it's a new "service" - not.

3. I'd be wondering if it was the mail carrier |
|
or perhaps a neighbor. Either way it's criminal behavior.

5. nearest neighbor is a bit of a hike from my place... |
|
Guess I could replace the old fashioned box with one of the newer models where you need a key to extract the mail...?

8. If you did it might solve the problem, |
|
since it would make it pretty clear WHO was opening the mail.

9. Or watch your post box one day so you can tell which neighbor. |
|
And possibly gain evidence. And if it's not a neighbor, it's the mail carrier. And the corporate penalties are MUCH higher than private (I think but you do live in America) But really, opening someone else's mail is pretty f___ed. Keep us updated on which swine dipstick is behind this willya?

4. I would be concerned.....what are the odds of every letter |
|
from these organizations being opened when they arrive at your home?
I would file a complaint with your post office. It's a crime to tamper with someones mail!!

7. from Amnesty and ACLU? very odd - isn't the post office smart enough |
|
to recognize a plea for money? It's not like these look like anything but mass mailings....
Guess ACLU and Amnesty are terr'ist organizations....
