Can we hold off Impeaching Bush until 2008?

I want Bush to stick around as long as possible. I want him impeached, but not too early.

I want to use Bush to bring down the next Republican Presidential candidate. If Bush gets impeached too early I'm afraid that the Republicans will be able to blame everything on Bush, and therefore use to get another Republican in office.

If the Democrats take back Congress, can they at least wait until February or March of 2008 before impeaching him?

before proceedings even start.

Still, you have a valid point. Look at the mess Carter found himself having to deal with after we threw the Watergate wretches out. And Carter's election was close, but he did win unlike pResident bu$h. The mess finally sunk him against liar & traitor Reagan.

Really, we should think about giving the rich a 90% tax and forbid corporate campaign contributions so things will improve as quickly as possible before the 2012 election.
