If DINO Cuellar were to lose the Democratic primary, could he run as a Republican against Rodriguez?
Bear with me--not sure how this works.

Since I assume there will be an R candidate as well. If I'm wrong and there was no R primary tonight, then he possibly could switch parties. He can always run as an independent.
