preferred to hear "Bush's aides regretfully neglected to apply for an absentee ballot, and since the only option was to fly to Texas at taxpayer expense, * decided to take the unusual step of sitting this one out." I can't imagine anyone giving a shit whether the chimp votes or not. Who the hell would care?

But since the dumbass has no qualms about wasting taxpayer money, this comes as no surprise.
