Really tells you what kind of government you are living under. US soldiers can commit any kind of crimes and not be held accountable under this accord in addition to the US being able to launch attacks from Romania WITHOUT informing or permission from the Romainian government. Nothing but an evil government would go along with kind of accord and nothing but another evil government would ask for such an accord. there are plenty of evil governments around the world.
