I don't get to listen to her show much so I haven't really heard much about this.

8. CACI is a defense contractor and Randi mentioned them this past summer

They are suing her for slander or something. I think they are one of the private army companies in Iraq.

She's being sued by CACI (a defense contractor) for reading some passages out of Janis Karpiniski's book regarding torture done by officials of CACI and in their facilities. The show was August 25th of last year and they are suing her for 10 million dollars for slander.
