Specifically targeting Cuellar and Kelly.
Are Republicans registering to run as Democrats to keep the "real" Democrats out?
I believe the Cuellar race wasn't legit--and now a very good candidate is being forced into a runoff with another Repub-lite.
Is this happening anywhere else? Or just Texas?
