Second time in a year that * has made an un welcomed visit to our area. Nothing like restructuring an entire region's economy for the better part of a day so that the King* can make an appearance to individuals who do not welcome his visit. His last visit to Rochester cost Monroe County taxpayers nearly $75,000 in added security measures which were absorbed by local and county law enforcement agencies.

The Upstate economy is troubled enough. We do not need tax dollars spent on frivolous adventures for the King* to 'connect' with his minions.
