Will the reactionaries object to aborting aliens or hybrids?

Sorry, could not help it. We were watching "Invasion" - not a spoiler, really - where aliens have been merging with humans to form "hybrids."

Now it appears that two females are developing a third ovary full of eggs and, perhaps, a litter of fetuses. One of them developed a full pregnancy in a matter of hours.

So I was thinking that the other woman needs to have that third ovary surgically removed and then, wondered whether those reactionary people who have problem with women's sexuality, whether they would oppose even these abortions.

Or, if you intentionally run over a cyborg, is that really murder? What if the cyborg is pregnant? Are you a serial killer?

warrant an abortion in SD? I mean, would the woman have to wait until the pregnancy progressed enough for her life to be threatened (even though her health would be steadily going downhill)?
