How do they hold down a job and all with such terrible grammar and spelling skills? Here's a good example I found posted on a Yahoo chat room (about Iran). It would seem McDonalds would even throw away his app. because he wouldn't be able to spell. This is also common over at FR. Here goes:

"I don't not care that the chinkers and comees wood come to the aid of iran. Neither country is danegerus bc soshalism is a failre and they wood back down if bush tells they're to. russhia and china only help iran for the oil bc like all soshalists cant work for anything on their own."

It's not just the peons that have no literacy skills.

I've attended meetings with upper management at my Fortune 50 company and the Big Shot giving the presentation didn't bother to have at least his Admin look over his PowerPoint slides.

And it showed. :eyes:

His grammar and spelling where terrible. His overall rhetoric was subpar. The slides themselves were poorly thought out. Bullets didn't have parallel structure, like they should.

Overall, it gave the appearance that it was a rush job. Now, since I know this guy is relatively sharp; he's not stupid, it gave the appearance of being slap-dashed together in the last 5 minutes before the meeting (which was attended by about 500 people!).

And the answer from his side is: "I don't care what you think."

And my equal answer is: "Why should I believe anything you say because your written work is shitty."
