Maybe he and his buddies in IRAN-Contra, I repeat IRAN-Contra, found out that there were "no Islamic moderates" back when they were doing their thing, you know subversion, terrorism, deception, etc.

I heard on Democracy Now that the military will continue to publish their own articles in Iraq, and elsewhere. Everyone knows the story. Everyone knows the military propaganda being put forth. Yet they will continue to do it, with everyone already aware of the situation. None of them, especially a guy like North, give a damn.

8. It's a Right wing talking point now

Part of the prelude to bombing Iran's nuclear facilities. They have to demonize the adversary prior to a military action. Same thing they did with Saddam and Iraq. Here is the unvarnished talking point. "There are wacko extremist terrorist mad men running Iran. You can't reason with people like that. No point talking to them, you can't trust a word they say anyway. And you sure as hell can't let crazies get their hands on nukes" So what is the only thing left to do then? Right, bomb 'em.
