Now DPW has given the chimp a nice, cozy way out of *yet* another clusterfuck of his own creation. Goddamnit, the fucking putz is going to skate away from the DPW debacle, coming out smelling like a rose. I wonder how much it cost him (him = us) to get DPW to agree to this. There is no way DPW is letting the chimp off the hook out of the goodness of their hearts, unless, possibly, there are financial incentives for them to do so.
