Is anyone else listening to Ted Poe babbling on C-Span 1?

He has just explained how the three branches of government aren't co-equal but rather that the Congress (the legislative branch) is the most powerful, the president second and the judical branch third ("being the weakest branch). He used the way they are seated at the SOTU as an example ... the Speaker of the House is on the top tier see (guess he forgot that Cheney sits there with him too) and the president stand on the second tier. The judiciary are invited guests and they sit on the floor.

He started this rant off by saying that he wanted every member of congress to have to read the constitution every year.

We can't get them to read the bills that they are about to vote on ...

He has been ranting on for almost and hour. I am ready to throw something threw my tv listening to him recreate our history in the manner of a wayward history lesson.
