I have a feeling that's just another misleading assertion.

Look, UAE was PROMISED that deal and, when it believed it would be blocked, threw out some pretty serious threats. Moreover, the Carlyle Group is one of its main capital members.

This is still alive. BushCO's just found a way to hide/conceal it.
