12. what's the story with comcast news?

i've started spending a lot of time in NJ and comcast is a huge national cable company with it's own news station, yet you don't hear much discussion about it like CNN, MSNBC, or FAUX.

who's got the lowdown?

who runs the news shows? or produces them? the news channel, CN8, is where the vote on this thread takes you.
the have talking head shows etc, and it's like an off-the-radar 24 hour news/opinion channel, and i though someone on DU would have some slant on it. haven't found much googling around, and i haven't really remembered to tune in myself except occasionally by accident.

Sometimes I agree with them, sometimes I don't. I think tonight they had a fairly balanced panel, with one freeper type, one misguided conservative, and a couple sensible people (who were supporting the current bill in the MA legislature to decriminalize).
