91 billion more - emergency spending.
Most for the civil war we are now funding. The oil will probably end up going to China and India. And the Sunnis may all just end up dead. And the Kurds will have their own country. And we will have bankrolled the whole thing. While our own children and poor and elderly are just left to die because they can't afford health insurance.

Oh, yeah. And for the bill from Halliburton. Can't forget about that one.

And all the other massive corruption we are now funding.

You know. This is all really mind boggleing. Or however you spell it. I have no idea how much 91 billion is but I could live the rest of my life on about 100,000 easy.

1. about 20 billion goes to Katrina cause. The rest is for wars.
