it's only a matter of time before he has to resign. he already bought his estate in MD for his exile. closed on it during Katrina. it's right near Rummy's. we can call it neoconville.

whose actions bring to mind the old '60s joke about Texas Dem John Lindsey (who switched to the Repukes just as Watergare boiled over):

46. McCain is Bush's biggest ass kisser. He's definitely looking for the VP
spot. It's going to be a hell of a contest between "Boot-licking" McCain and Bush's nurse Condiliar, to win Chimpy's annointment.

Edited on Fri Mar-10-06 02:47 PM by TwoSparkles
Yesterday, I heard McCain making ONE MORE of his "Hello! I'm the voice of reason" speeches--and I knew something was happening.

I swear!! If that pasty-faced wet blanket arises out of one more political issue as the cool, reasonable dude in the center who represents common sense--I'm going to puke!

This is all so staged!

Do they think we are complete morons?

We all NOW know, for sure--why McCain was all over Junior with bear hugs and sweet nothings--during the 04 campaign. He was promised the veep position when Cheney steps down--if he shut up about BushCo's thuggery and spread a whole lotta on-stage PDA to Junior.

Nope. I don't think he gets 'the word' from Bush on anything. It's him calling shots on every action he takes from the moment he convinced Bush to put him on the ticket.

... especially being worn by them. They are traitors, every one of them.

Oh, and I think Dick is gone. The GOPers have got to get McCain into the White House ASAP to have any hope of rebounding and because they know Bush is going to be impeached. It'll either be McCain or Warner, but Dick's outa-there.

Peace.

31. ooooo. be still me heart. (and thanks!)
what could it be?

in order of possibilities

i. he was told to resign as VP
ii. he learned that he will be indicted for plame gate
iii. they learned about his interference on all Haliburton no bid contracts.
iv. his iran invasion plans were tossed and he was told to butt out from foreign affairs.

given his expression, 1 or 2 are the best bet.

Something is up, the ball definitely didn't bounce his way. I don't know about mccain though, they've invested so much in putting him down, it'd be like this port thing, where they've scared everyone with terra then become business partners with them.
I think deadeye might be looking that way over the last fiasco.

40. Well, I think this is exactly how the neocons want it
Dick was likely to get his ass out of the VPs chair one way or another before the 2006 election. Let's face it: they needed him to stay there long enough to fulfill the 2004 election "promises" of the GOP (yeah, let's face it: Dick really shouldn't have been on the ticket, anyhow!) and now that he's managed to make himself not so appealing, he can graciously "resign" allowing McCain the inside track. They need McCain in there long enough to make him appealing in the 2008 election so that they can keep the power. Many Dems actually like(d) McCain because he's more moderate.

But now, if he's in the pocket of the Neocons and the far right, he's a worthless piece of shit--I wonder how they managed to get him to even consider such a move.

This would be the perfect way to also get him the presidency--if the 2006 election puts the Dems in control of the House and Senate, and we manage to impeach Bush, McCain would be the man in charge. Right now, we don't have anything against him, so we wouldn't have any reason to get him out of there.

The swelling has never abated since his surgery. Could be destroyed muscles or an medical implant of some sort, I suppose.

Setting his military service and time in captivity aside, I have no respect for McCain because he does know the Agenda and ignores it - also, he's kissing up to the scum who destroyed him with vicious racist and sexual innuendo. IOW,he's got fleas.
