Bush being ah uge Baseball fan and all it would be a grand gesture as a lame duck to thaw the relationship a bit. I doubt it would ever happen but it would be a pretty smart thing to do politically. The only people he would hack off is the Cubans in Miami and since Jeb is not running for Prez the damage would be pretty light.

I haven''t seen the Cubans, yet, but if history is any gauge, bush won't be there. The Cubans play all year and will probably take this thing.
