Nothing on DU is going to change whether or not HC runs. Let's use our talents and energy for positive things instead of arguing about someone isn't even going to run in 2 years.

I get the fact that people here don't like Hillary.

The only thing that can solve this problem is if everyone says they hate Hillary and/or they don't want her to run even if you disagree so we can get back to shit that can help us take the House and Senate?

I'm very active in local politics (I'm even an Assistant Registrar of Voters), and I'll be working on the Lamont campaign in order to help unseat Bush's kissing buddy, Joe Lieberman. If Ned won't work towards impeachment if elected, I'll have to do some thinking about spending time on his campaign.

I'm trying to think of slogans, grassroots stuff that will catch fire and spread.

DUers are creative. Think on it. T-shirt designs anything to get people to wake up and vote our way so we can get impeachment investigations and hearings started.

I just start talkin usually by asking them if they are voting this year. Then I lay some facts on them about Bush. I'm talkin to people letting them know that this year is important.

I talk to young blacks saying you gotta vote no complainin if you don't vote bruva and sistah...

What's the point in tearing at potential Democratic candidates anyway? In what way are they worse than any potential republican? It seems like too many have lost sight of what happens when a party takes over the White House. Everything changes.

If a Democrat, ANY Democrat, happens to win, there will be a sea change in our government and in our lives for the better. We're talking Cabinet appointments, judgeships, committees, executive orders . . . the meddling Bush has done is startling. ANY Democrat who we elevate to that office will undo the catastrophe.

There is no comparison or contest with ANY of our Democrats who have been mentioned as potential candidates and ANY republican. Our focus should be on the ultimate opposition, who, at this moment, have Bush and Cheney as their poster boys to cement the public's idea of what a republican candidate would do if elected. And the public thinks they stink.

The time is ripe for our party to unite against this regime and take our country back. Save the hate for the real opposition. Unite against republicans.
