I could only watch a few minutes ...... He was talking about literacy and education while
speaking some sort of gibberish without subject verb agreement in the same sentence.
Then he would lean on the podium and look @ the audience in a 3/4s stance and kinda
smirk/laugh.

Sad really. An emotionally and intelletually stunted man who knows that he is unfit and incapable of doing the job that he was selected for. As much as his supplicant Republican Congress and ass-kissing media have tried, they cannot hide his total incompetence. Junior has been silver spooned and covered for his whole life. He's never been held accountable for any of his many transgressions. As a result, he's never developed the character necessary to deal with adversity or the leadership skills to lead. He's allowed himself to be surrounded by courtier's and syncophants and this has lead to an unbroken string of disasterous decisions.

He wants to be respected and revered as a great leader of the American people. But that's only bestowed on those that earn it. He knows he has failed and will go down in history as the most inept, criminal, and evil pResident that this country has had to endure. I relish the fact that he must live with this reality until he draws his last breath.

When I see footage of Shit-for-Brains at speaking engagements I really get the impression that he believes he's pulling it off, that he thinks he's working some kind of magic with the crowd. While anyone with a brain has to be saying to themselves " ... WTF is wrong with this guy?".
