Im guessing there are protests planned right around the world? But how will the media cover them?

1. Why would the media cover a protest?
Last year in Minneapolis it was pathetic. There were like 1-2 thousand people, and the NBC affiliate showed a picture of the very front of the march, from behind, and there were only maybe 20 people in view. Pathetic.
