One time when the light turned red and cars were forced to stop right by us, a car with pro-life signs was sitting right in the curbside lane. A woman stepped forward with a sign that caused all kinds of flurry in the car, and we looked over to see what the sign said, then doubled over with laughter. In bright multi-colored letters over a white background, she'd made a sign reading "If the fetus is born GAY, would you still bother to fight for it?" The light turned green and the car sped forward, none too soon for its red-faced, angry occupants.

9. I would tell him to focus on his breath

Make his breath even and steady. This will help calm him down. The victor in any battle is the one who can remain calm and not get angry. This is not an easy thing to do; that's why I recommended the breathing practice, for it can help.

If he wants to, he can then visualize all those protestors surrounded by a box of light. Have him picture the light getting brighter and brighter until he cannot see or hear them-just a muffled background sound.

10. Personally I've always wanted to go up to each and every one

of them and ask them "just how many kids have you adopted?" and if the haven't "why not?" That seems to be their line - that everyone should not have an abortion and then put the baby up for adoption. I think that philosophy will just add thousands and thousands of unwanted, neglected and abused kids to the foster child system. But I'm a big weeny so I'm sure I will never confront someone in that fashion.

hard to stop the bombing and murder of children (in womb and out of womb), to prevent a nuclear hollocaust, and boycott Walmart which has supported the state-sponsored/mandated abortions in China (as in a big part of their growing economic power has to do with Walmart policies forcing US companies to move their operations (and jobs) to china) - that THEN he (your friend) would take their protests seriously as being consistent and THEN he might sit down and listen and discuss issues - but until then - that they appear to condone murder as much as they accuse any individual affiliated with a clinic of condoning the same.

Just get them with what Jesus actually said. They have no good comebacks for that.

Oh, and get them to tell you what the Two Greatest Commandments are, and then ask them if these people are their neighbors. Ask them what the Seven Woes are (which they won't know), and tell them to look those up before lining up to scream at women in a difficult place in life with no mercy.

I knew some of these at college, and those always shut them up.
