The slurs from his lazy, inarticulate mouth ("innerduckshun." "Dun like ta' show it"), inflection, stupid little nods, winks and other inappropriate body language that he uses to interact with the audience, the exaggerated gestures, the mixed metaphors ("brightest bulb in the knife drawer," "tree don't fall far from the nuts"). Stupid head jerk while doing that twisty thing with his neck.

Oh and all the "I care about... " the "I understand that." "I understand these concerns." "I share these concerns." The repetition of these phrases makes one understand how insincere he is and how he just mouthing the words they think people want to hear.
