I've just checked with weather.com...us in Southwest IN are next..ARGH! I didn't sleep ONE BIT last night either!

2. They are saying both these storm systems are gaining strength
again as they come to you. Good luck. It is not as bad as I've seen before, around Mt. Vernon. Looks like we'll both be up all night.

AT 1158 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
TWO TORNADIC STORMS. THE FIRST TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR BLUFORD...OR
ABOUT 10 MILES EAST OF MOUNT VERNON...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

THE SECOND TORNADIC STORM WAS LOCATED IN PERRY COUNTY NEAR
TAMAROA...OR ABOUT 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF PINCKNEYVILLE...MOVING EAST
AT 50 TO 55 MPH. THIS STORM WILL ENTER JEFFERSON COUNTY
SHORTLY...PASSING NEAR BONNIE AND SCHELLER BY 1225 AM.

WHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON DOPPLER RADAR...IT MEANS
THAT STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAY
ALREADY BE ON THE GROUND...OR IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SHORTLY. IF YOU
ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS DANGEROUS STORM...MOVE INDOORS AND TO THE
LOWEST LEVEL OF THE BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. IF DRIVING...DO
NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER A HIGHWAY OVERPASS.
