1. I saw a short clip
He mentioned that they did about 280 consecutive days of Bill & Monica coverage. I think he said he was ready to puke after about 50 days.

3. I never heard of KO until he started his current show. Was he like all
the other corporate network employees who worked for the right wing in drumming up hate for the Clintons?

4. Actually, no. He never worked for any wing.
First, he came from the world of sports. His biggest gig prior to his first stint at MSNBC was as co-host of ESPN's SportsCenter.

The first time he came to MSNBC, in 1997, he ended up spending so much time on his show talking about Monica Lewinsky that he said it gave him the "dry heaves" and he eventually had to quit. He wasn't happy with that gig at all. He even went back to news...at Fox. And they weren't happy with him. So eventually he found his way back to MSNBC and his own news show.

He can take pokes at everyone, including himself. But he tends to leave the biggest pokes for the far right.
