Bush is drunk and could care less. He is busy visiting countries that he never heard of before ~ he thinks he is in Small World at Disneyland.
Cheney is making it with his lover and fondling his guns.
Condi is buying shoes and believing she is Vera Wang.:crazy:
Rumsfeld is making millions off of Bird Flu.
Laura is cutting new dresses out of the Wal Mart catalog.
The Cabinet is jumping ship. Norton says "the water is fine."
Libby is busy fixing up his LIES, FITZmas did not come last year and may never arrive.

It's a toss up to finger the point person in this criminal enterprise at any given time.
All of your suspects fit the profile, but who is really in control? I think Rove still calls a lot of the shots though.

They are all swimming in water deeper than Katrina but they have so much power and money they can get out and still win in 06.
