I'm sitting here listening to Ray Taliaferro from last night at 2:00 a.m. In this second hour, about 13+ minutes into the program, Ray reads a letter from "Frank" in Seattle. Wow! :applause:

Franks says: "We tried to warn them for over 5 years we tried to warn them, but not only did they ignore us but they were arrogant in their support of this wicked man and his regime. It is over for these scoundrels and it is our turn. They better run for the hills because the American people are fed up and they are about to exact a price from the whole damn lot of these evil bastards!"

2. I love Ray

We listen to him and Bernie all night long, while sleeping. I hear some of it while I lay there trying to sleep, and I think I absorb some of it in my dreamstate. It's sad on weekends that the Twattenburglar has his show, but he usually just makes himself look stupid, and we just wait until 1am when John Rothman comes on. He is a bit of a zionist but he's a good guy, and has openly admitted how wrong he was about the war in Iraq. Twat is just like chimp, he will never admit he screwed the pooch. Glad to hear there are other Ray fans on DU!


*on edit* I've been listening to Bernie Ward and Ray Taliafero (and Gene and John and Twattenburglar and all the night time guys) since I was 13 years old, and I'm 34 now. I think they and their callers have had a lot to do with shaping my view of the world. Living in a poor redneck logging town in Oregon didn't exactly move me left, but after nightfall, the sweet sounds of KGO 810am would magically appear on my radio and I'd listen through the night, bidding adieu to the signal when the sun came up. Believe it or not, Twat used to have a decent show. Back when he talked about science and not politics. Now he's just a senile gee dubya goon.

Sometimes I'm up until Bernie ends. I tend to listen to Ray via KGO's archives myself. Then again there are those sleepless nights I have too. If I turn on Ray I usually can't get to sleep!

When we travel I have withdrawals when I can't get the motel clock radios to pick up KGO at night. Guess I should look into one of those CC radios they are always pushing.

It isn't the best signal in the world, but I do pick it up. I've thought about C. Crane myself. It could be handy having one of those radios *just in case*.

I morphed into a KGO freak too. I used to only listen to Malloy, but now I have Bernie & Ray and oh yeah, I listen to Karel too. :)

I'll tell you it made me know that my thoughts "Never underestimate the American people! Never!" are indeed true.

It makes me know that we are not alone!

The American people will only take so much is exactly right and they will indeed demand restitution! We are a nation of diverse people, but in the end, we shall all stand together I really believe. We have a common interest and that is to preserve this great nation of ours! :patriot:
