They keep saying "we are at war," that POTUS can do
what he wants because of the "war"

Dammit. Why don't the Democrats stand up and remind people we ARE NOT AT WAR!

I mean, forget calling for the GOP's favorite "up or down vote" on the thing... just get that into the Congressional Record once in a while.

And why do people even listen to idiots who say that.

I have shut up so many asshats with the simple quesiton.... "When did Congress declare war? Did I miss that?" They have no idea how to respond, because everyone knows from 7th grade civics this is a truth as long as we have a Constitution.

We do still have one of those, don't we?
