Specter came up with the Magic Bullet theory in regards to the JFK assassination. He basically helped kill any real investigation into that assassination.

but I keep arguing with my family about whether or not I should rest assured that Specter is going to investigate all of this. My mom said that I shouldn't worry about the Patriot Act going through because Specter was working on ways to fix it. Then she said I shouldn't worry about the lack of investigations into the wiretapping because Specter was holding hearings on it. That is such a load of BS. Specter may come up some good questions once in a while but as soon as the WH puppet coughs up an answer, Specter grins and prances merrily along his way.

As a PA resident, I want so badly to have a Senator I can respect...but it is ever more clear that I do not.
