1. Round up opinions from all the displaced Katrina survivors...
...and run that poll again to see 70% disapproval.

Add the opinion of the Katrina missing/dead to get to 80%.

2. And that is WITHOUT many of the evacuees back home in La.
Not that Blanco is doing well either. The same Survey USA polls of governors has had her in the high 30's too.

6. I'm surprised at the numbers too.
Even though almost everyone I know is anti-Bush (except for a hopeless Fox-worshipping friend - "Democrats want to tax me to death") I'm still surprised. North Louisiana is very Repub.

7. Unbelievable
I can't believe that he's got 38% of people in Louisianna who approve of him. Oh, that's right, most of the people who would have voted him out of office are living elsewhere or on the streets.

21. I agree. I was thinking that any state that feels that B** is 100%
with the law on this spying issue, has got to be a worthless cause. I say discount that bottom tier and concentrating very, very highly on those red states (on fraudulent election paper only) such as Colorado, NM, Arkansas, Ohio, Fl, etc. that have a higher percentage who believe he broke the law on this. It shows there are independent thinkers there.

If I did a spreadsheet in Excel, can I somehow save it as a jpg? and paste it here? I don't know those mechanics very well.

14. That survey sure gives him the benefit of doubt
There may be a few up North, but I do not know ONE person in New Orleans who supports Bush now.

15. OHIO??? 34%????
That's what I thought. So...where do all his votes come from?

I'll tell you where: it's those damned machines, and elections offices stacked with rightwing hacks.

20. I know. I have a good feeling about Arkansas in 08. They seem
to be turning blue. Yes, Mississippi, poorest state, just hasn't figured out how much this administration has hurt them

23. It's interesting that the huge swing is due more to males than females
Edited on Thu Mar-16-06 01:07 PM by TahitiNut
While the overal 'dispproval' went from 50% to 59%, the 'disapproval' of males in LA went from 45% to 60% (!) in the last month, while the 'disapproval' of females in LA went from 54% to 57%. That's a hugely gender-related swing in opinion. The disapproval-approval spread among females is 19% while it's 21% for males now. This appears to be solely due to the shifting opinion of non-partisans (independents) from 52% to 73%, with a 48% 'spread' now.

So, it's non-partisan males in LA who've experienced a sea-change. Go figure.
