Wife Says She Shares Blame in Assaults

Apparently it's her fault her husband was a serial rapist.

A Hagerstown woman told a Montgomery County judge this week that she's partly responsible for sexual assaults committed by her husband, who disguised his face with duct tape and attacked women as they were getting into their cars.

"I'm a big part of why Pov is sitting where he's sitting today," Cindy Michelle Srun, 34, testified Monday during the sentencing hearing of Pov Srun, convicted of rape and sexual assault in Montgomery and accused of two similar crimes in Pennsylvania.

According to a recording of the hearing, she said her overbearing personality and infidelity probably contributed to the string of alleged sexual assaults, which police say occurred from September 2004 to February 2005.

"I'm going to support him because we both made these mistakes," said Srun, who divorced Pov shortly before the assaults and remarried him after his arrest.

This woman needs help. She needs to realize that she has no control over his choices. The fact that she thinks that she could force her husband to rape women is a sign that she needs help.

That somehow we men are naturally violent creatures that can be triggered into bad behaviour by bullying women.

This guy was a rapist by nature and NOT a normal man.
