Iran/China/Russia/North Korea declare "pre-emptive strike policies"...

and have given the United States 2 years to allow inspectors from all of those nations to come and inspect our nuclear facilities so they can validate we are not using them to create nuclear weapons. They also want surveillance cameras installed in these facilities so they can monitor the progress. Also we have to allow them to build 14 military bases inside the United States so that they have the capability to strike the united states or keep the united states from going to civil war over the nuclear weapons inspections.
