Operation Swarmer--PR event.
Anyone else see this as a DOD infomercial aimed at demonstrating the Iraqi troops can operate independently--with our help, of course? Rummy needs to set up the image of an independent Iraqi military so he can swap out our troops to Iran soon.

2. That's the way I see it
Sure, there are some who have been living in caves for the last 5 years and don't know that the invasion of Iraq is next on the path to our destruction, planned by Rummy and the rest of his neocon pals. But to the rest of us, this should be clear.

bush's popularity is at an all time low, myriad Republican scandals dominate the news.........GET YOUR WAR ON! A classic, "wag the dog" diversion to get the patriotic, nationalistic bush supporting sheep excited again WE'RE KILLING MORE PEOPLE! Isn't it exciting? :eyes:

7. I can't see how the American people will think this is a good thing.
Mission Accomplished happened 3 years ago and now they have to air strike again. To me it looks like they just can't get the job done so they have to blow everything up again.

We'll see what happens with * polls after this.

If it is PR and they are killing people in the process they should be ashamed.
