I have to wonder just how much this photo- op cost us little people, err, taxpayers, and how much of that money could have gone to veterans instead:

I also have to wonder just who the reporters on the ground were who managed to fabricate a mission that did not exist and the networks that simply took the "just trust us" word for it again.

All one has to do is ask themselves this simple question: why wasn't this mission carried out long before Thursday? Why, on the cusp of the Chimp's historically horrific poll numbers, did they decide to do this NOW? How many human beings, on both sides of the conflict, DIED for this fucking dog-wagging photo op????

This was an abuse of power and military resources to stage a PR stint on our dime. It is entirely inappropriate to use troops for a political statement and to do so over and over as though they were GOP. In reality, this administration is doing what it does best, privatizing. You see, if they destroy the actual military, then can use private companies that need not abide by the law when abroad. They can engage in human trafficking (Dyna), arms deals (Halliburton, et al), toxic dumping (all of them), and torture/murder (Lincoln and the others) without having to be accountable the way government operations or operatives would. It is sick, but that is what these guys are doing. It is sick really and doing these little photo ops simply exploits our troops.

The US pounded a building where an alleged insurgent was hiding. They captured their man, but killed 11-14 innocent people, mostly women and young children, to do it.
