Don't panic. I don't think it's in danger. Yet. But we need to follow this DUer's advice and start a campaign to counter the RWers' venom towards this truth-telling program.

I kicked and recommended this thread, and I ask that the rest of you do as well. This is an important show right now. It says things NO OTHER network show dares to say. Please DU this.

Like the truth. Don't you know? Fundies are afraid of reality... They want it to go away, and they'll legislate it into hiding if they can. No more gays, no more abortions, no more sex (outside of marriage, at least).

Absolutely unthinking of the fact that just because they don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

7. I think Boston Legal is capable of surviving on it's on entertainment

value. It's a damn funny show.

9. I don't think a product as good at BL will succumb to right wing

pressure with the networks. The bottom line is they are making money on the show. If the polls are correct, the number of right wingers is decreasing. But, you so inclined, there's nothing wrong with writing to ABC favoring the show.

10. Watch the show and...

make sure you let them know of your support. Encourage friends and family to watch as well.

That's really the best we can do.
