Excellent Arizona action today! STOP THE WAR OF LIES BASTARDS!

300-350 peeps. Speakers at the Federal Court House speaking out against the war and bloodshed. We marched from the Federal Court House (District 1 in Phoenix) to a plaza on Central Ave. to listen to a few more speakers. Groups involved were Veterans for Peace, Code Pink, Women in Black to name a few. Then we marched to a recruiting station where the names of Arizona war dead were read as people chanted "the trail of blood starts here," while other people stepped into two pans of blood stuff and left bloody footprints trailing down the sidewalk. Fooking GREAT! We also solicited young recruited Navy uniformed fellows to join us after they did their time, but in the meantime encouraged them to go to various websites ie. www.veteransforpeace.org www.AzPeace.org http://groups.yahoo.com/group/endthewarnow/ WOOOOOOODAMMMMMMMMMNNNNWHOOOOOOOOOO PEEPS HITTIN' THE STREETS! I hope someone posts pics. Associated press took some, but I had my hands full, so it's just as well that I forgot the camera. One huge flag, felt like I was going to Mary Poppins it at one point.
