Those that compromise one certainly aren't the other.
I have nothing else to add today. I simply offer up that thought.

1. absolutely. the wingnuts who crave to submit to dictatorship are cowards |
|
they are "yellow"!
they are too weak to stand up for their own freedoms, they cower in fear of a remote perceived threat of terrorism even though they have a much greater chance of being struck down by a bolt of lightning. seriously, check the odds.
and yet they dare to call themselves free and brave???

2. Most people fear true freedom. |
|
There's security in externalizing responsibility, even if it's an illusion. Most would choose a comfortable cage to the uncomfortable unknown of real liberty. Power-mongering predators know this and use it to their advantage, presenting themselves as strong "authority" figures who will take care of everything if you'll simply support them.
