Today marks three years and one day since the Iraq War began. Tonight on Hardball, live from San Francisco, Chris will talk about the start of the fourth year in Iraq with Gen. Bernard Trainor (Ret.), author of "Cobra II," and Gen. Barry McCaffrey (Ret.), an MSNBC military analyst. Plus, Richard Engel, NBC News correspondent in Baghdad, will report on the situation from there as security forces deal with deadly violence in the midst of a Shiite religious celebration.
