He has a hardcore group of supporters who will back him no matter what. Although I have no statistics to back up my claim -- I think that number rests at 30-1%.

I agree with Ed Schultz, who also says that he'll get a boost from his "base". Average Joe Six Pack will see bytes from his press conference, and think that he stood up to the reporters, and looked presidential.

I bet he gets a bump up to near 40%. You must remember, the average amerikan doesn't give a crap what the people on DU think, and they're much too STUPID to see through his LIES. I have very little faith in the Amerikan public realizing it was just a dog and pony show.
